Southminster This Week

Friends,

"The Kingdom of Heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field." Matthew 13:31

Have you seen our new vegetable garden? A great team of volunteers planted it during our community festival in April (click here for the before pictures) and now almost 6 weeks later our plants have really grown! We hope that our garden experiment will yield some herbs and vegetables that we can share with one another and maybe even our food closet families. Our little garden is a great reminder to me this week that everything great starts small, but a little growth every day can add up to big things!

Peace

Caitlin Deyerle
This week we are praying for...

- Bob Davis who is at home recovering from a heart procedure.

- Ken Robison who fell last week and is recovering at the Laurels.

- Pat Cifelli and Marjory Quimby who are undergoing cancer treatment.

- Linda Bookman's brother, Roger, who is recovering from a heart attack.

- Bernie Chamberlain whose brother passed away on Monday.

- Lynne Harper's young bephew who had to get tubes put in his ears this week to prevent ear infections.
