Chair Yoga At southminster
Southminster offers a weekly chair yoga class in the Fellowship Hall on Mondays from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM*.
Chair yoga is a fun way to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. This class is open to and designed for men and women of all ages and is taught by a certified instructor. Church members and members of the community are all welcome.
No fee or prior registration is required. A free will offering will be accepted to help cover the costs of the class.
*Classes may be postponed due to weather, holidays, or other events. Contact the church office with any questions.
