12:00 PM ~ Lunch in the Fellowship Hall
Mark your calendars for 11:00 AM on Sunday, April 14th for a gathering not to be missed. We are planning a special joint worship service with our partner congregation, Iglesia Pentecostal Cantico Nuevo, which shares our church facility. It will be a day of worship, song, and hospitality between our two congregations.
Rev. Jock O’Connell will lead a shortened worship service with the help of a Spanish translator. Following the sermon, Pastor Mario Mayorga of IPCN will share stories of his church’s international mission work. We will have a special offering in support of IPCN’s missions.
After worship we will gather together for lunch in the Fellowship Hall. IPCN will prepare traditional roast pork dishes, served with tortillas. Southminster members are asked to bring side dishes of mashed potatoes, pasta salads, and rice dishes. (Please contact the church office to let us know what you plan to bring.)
